I just got the shiny charm by completing my pokedex. I talked to the game freak director and he gave me his last stamp. I didn't receive the shiny charm from him for some reason, but it is in my inventory, I didn't hack or added any items to my game. When I walked outside to talk to the punk so that I could check my odds of finding a shiny, he still said it was 1 in 4000 instead of 3 in 4000.
Could anybody help me? I'm confused
