Seriously this one pisses me off. Jolteon has been outclassed in many ways for many gens now, by the likes of: Raikou, Mega Manectric, Thundurus - even Raichu being arguably better due to having an actual movepool. Zapdos, Magnezone, many Rotom formes although not being very comparable are also much better than Jolteon, since Jolteon has only ok Special Attack, an extremely limited movepool, awful stats other than Special Attack and Speed.

In this gen we got Tapu Koko, which is objectively BETTER than Jolteon. Same speed, a better typing, can go physical or mixed, great ability that lets it hit harder and makes it immune to sleep, learns a good amount of utility and boosting moves such as Taunt, Nature's Madness, Calm Mind, Roost, can use U-turn to pivot out instead of getting cucked by Electric immunities, also gets Dazzling Gleam, Grass Knot and Brave Bird for coverage outside of Hidden Power

Jolteon is shit and anyone who likes it is shit too
