Heal block, it can only learn it in gen 4 and it's a +2 sp.atk Z-move.

I feel you, I want to find a way to use bellossom, but the only way to get a leech seed oddish is the same nonsense. They should just add those old event moves in as egg moves or level up moves

The same reason multilayer (or most) videogames add patches. To keep balance

That's the same reason you "can't" use old mons on online competitions

Those games actually look at things and fix them accordingly. Gamefreak just does it arbitrarily without a thought put into it.
