I have a question regarding Feebas.
In pokemon Ruby/Sapphire, is it possible for the tile where Feebas appeared change without doing anything in the game? I found my tile a month ago and I could find Feebas any day since then but today I can't get a single Feebas.
I knew that in D/P/Pt the tile change everyday but in R/S/E, I thought it was permanent.
