I think Koko is alright but overrated, fun to use but not my style.
Lele is cute and I wouldn't mind using her, probably the only Tapu that I would say is very well designed.
Bulu is flat-out repugnant, probably the worst design this gen after Primarina. Totally fucking hideous, what in gods name is going on with its head? Why does it's body disappear into a tail bell with no visible or elemental explanation as to how it moves around, unlike the others? The FUCK is it going to do with those tiny lil hoof hands? It's awful.
Fini is okay because it's design is passable and it's ability is the most fun of the four.
Overall they're my least favorite legendary group since the genies, and honestly, if we're counting Therian forms, the Tapus are even uglier.
