The only Pokemon that can beat that set 1 on 1 is Pyukumuku, because it ignores Swords Dance boosts while invalidating all of its types with Soak. Everything else that can take a hit wouldn't be able to do anything back, just phaze it and delay the inevitable.

Though if they ever did a "Primal" Arceus, it would likely be the same as Mega Fug.
Or it would just have no weakness and have Judgement always trigger a super effective hit.

Mega-Pinsir could hit it with Quick Attack too.

I'd say the best way to tutor Arceus every move is by having Unown use Hidden Power as a field move on it that allows you to tutor it any move that starts with the letter of the Unown.

Mega Arceus would probably gain +20 to every stat (obviously excluding HP) since it already has evenly distributed stats. Base 140 outspeeds scarf Tyrantrum even if Arceus is only 200 EVs in Speed with a nature that doesn't boost speed.
