that leaves us with water, fighting, ground, ground, flying, psychic, bug, ghost and dragon
you could go with pre gen VI so no fairies so
>fighting attack>ground attack>dragon is only weak to dragon (which is SE on no other type) and iceice is great for the third slot since with freeze-dry you get 5 more attack you're SE against
however the remaining: fighting, psychic, bug and ghost can't be hit SE by just one move. we'd need a dark move for ghost and psychic and a flying move for fighting and bug
