Midday seems better to me, because trying to make a rock type bulky is a lost cause.

Midday, if only because of its design. It looks super pretty and it is the most wolf-like Pokemon to me, compared to stuff like Mightyena and Manectric.

Midnight's not terrible, but at the same time I'm not too crazy over its design. I can understand why others would like it, though.

Midday's appearance and stats are top notch for early route shitmons. I wish midday was rock/normal and midnight rock/dark though.

Seriously speaking, I prefer Midnight Lycanroc to Midday (and that shitty orange recolor abomination of a "form") because its design seems more well-thought.
