It would make sense tough, most Champs had pseudo legendaries, he has Kommo-o and he's like the only unique character with no purpose. It would also make sense because it seems you will meet him multiple times in USUM troughbthe story

Wow. Champions should either be multi-type (most of them are), or use a strong type. Dragons and Steel, for example, are strong types. You're never getting a bug-specializing champion.
