Primarina.
I've grown used to Incineroar and it's no worse than Blaziken or Samurwott to me. Hell, even Greninja never hops around or sits like a frog as far as I know so why bitch on Incineroar not being on four legs. Decidueye meanwhile falls into the same traps of weird body parts with those hands and popsicle stick fingernails, and the wings feeling more like a cloak, but it's the same category of those I've mentioned already. Both Incineroar and Decidueye ultimately are cool enough to get past the flaws.
Primarina, sadly, has that too-human hair and the too-human accessories to me. Just the accessories or hair, I can dig, but combined makes it too furry/anthro for me. I can see why people like it and that's not bait, I can appreciate it being beastly in competitive and people like it for its mermaid/idol themes. Just to me it strikes too far off from a starter the way even Incineroar and Decidueye do not.
