Would Gen 3 had been better if they stuck with the unused beta region? It's a shame Gen 2 got delayed so much, otherwise we could've seen a completely different timeline.

It's just the world map from the original Mother. Mother's Day, Halloween, Snowman, Easter, Reindeer, Thanksgiving, Holy Loly Mountain are all plain there to read.

Also, did you know that Creatures Inc. was once Ape Inc., the same company that made the first 2 Mother Games? It kinda explains how the first map is structured.

The only thing Both the Map of Diamond/Pearl and Mother 1 is that they have the Mountain of Plot in the fucking middle.

Also, reminder that Creatures Inc. was once Ape Inc., the same company that made the first 2 Mother Games. That explains how the map was structured in the first game as if it were to take place in Earthbound.
