That's why they decided to make it a Dark-type - but if you told me it was supposed to be a brawler instead of a wrestler, then you wouldn't even have to change the design, and it would still be just as much of a cop-out for being Dark and not Fighting.
It's a bipedal, bulky, physically offensive mon who specializes in a form of professional fighting but ~technically~ it's a heel so it's alright.
