I was pretty sceptical the first time I tried it, but it has the full battle system of Pokemon in it. Apart from having a shitload of bugs, it's a cool concept.

the old pixeldevs are kill so fans picked up the slack and added most of the missing mons with models ripped from x/y s/m its still updating and is quite buggy but yes it is full battle system breeding catching everything

Question. I've extracted the modpack zip and everything inside is an executable jar file. I had to download java to download forge and the mod isn't showing up as an option when I open the mods in forge. What the hell did I do wrong?

Apparently you have to go into the NativeLog and copy the error code into a web browser and it automatically downloads a fixed version of minecraft for you. What a dumb workaround, but if this happens to anyone else that's how you fix it.

When I downloaded Pixelmon, it and Forge made loading Minecraft take a ridiculously long time.
