Nah, it's because I'm a canonfag. Also, I didn't really give a shit (because I never cared about shipping in any fandom, let alone Pokémon) until I saw all the other shippers lose their shit over the kiss, and watched as they endlessly trash Serena on any and every Pokémon forum because of it.
