What's wrong is that both halves have the same name. They should have gone with "X and Y (top)" and "X and Y (bottom)" to allow two full playsets.

There was massive power creep between late Gen 4 and mid Gen 5 cards (especially EXs). The Legend cards were actually good at the time of their release.

The effects are still pretty great, it's just the HP and damage numbers that have fallen behind
