Don't know about there, but I know people have said sites won't even deal with Canadian orders because it is illegal here.
In such cases it doesn't matter what their actual ages are, only what they look like, by the way.
The same applies to pictures of adults if you were to make them look younger.
Which is obviously stupid because by that logic someone having a picture of my brother would presumably be illegal since he looks 12 despite being 28 in a few weeks, lol. I don't know for certain because I've never looked into it but it wouldn't surprise me.
I really do wonder how many actual children get raped because they wouldn't let them have their pretend pictures.
