I was thinking up of a physical mega Gengar set, out of boredom. Why doesn't this thing learn phantom force? it fits it absolutely PERFECTLY, especially Mega Gengar.

So much this. At least give it SOME way of being viable to its pre-evolution.

Hp 45
Attack 150 (+50)
Defense 145 (+10)
Sp.Atk 70 (+5) (because GF does stupid shit like this)
Sp.Def 145 (+10)
Speed 70 (+25)
Also learns phantom force via evolution.

Now it has a niche as one of the very physical ghost types in the game.
