It looks kinda decent in fanart and in the 20th movie, so I think a lot of the issues it has come from the SM artstyle in general. I also like when it does normal cat things and seeing that Torracat already had a wrestling theme I guess I can see what they tried doing here. Still think a lot of potential was wasted with Litten. If only it weren't just a worse Arcanine, if it was actually usable maybe i'd come to like it more. Oh well I guess.
