Suggestions for running Mega Garchomp?

Does anyone actually use him?

I only use regular atm, but I like this mega regardless and want to make one.

I use Mega Garchomp in Balanced Hackmons, currently my set runs Adaptability and Choice Band with Outrage, Thousand Arrows, Sacred Fire, Sucker Punch and a Jolly nature

Smogon has a ton of Garchomp builds and only one for Mega.

What >>33489241 said is on the nose.
With that drop in speed, it suddenly becomes a massive target for basically anything to nuke it first. (4x weak ice beam from basically anything)

And now that the Mega stat changes go into effect on the turn they evolve... M-Garchomp is just that much worse.

And let's be honest... of all the mons that never needed a Mega form.... Garchomp is probably the top of the list.
Both for wasted potential and "spot taking".
