C to C+ grade UU probably. It still has 75 defense, 70 speed and its attack isn't even that of say, Mega Gallade or any hyperoffense BL mon.

I would think so. That would completely bust any type that couldn't 2HKO it. It could come in on any of those pokemon, trap them in, then swords dance/roost until it is at +6 and then be a ridiculous tank. It wouldn't be ubers because it's not super hard to revenge kill it, but it is still an automatic team member eliminator. Would this be the bulkiest pokemon with a (psuedo) shadow tag?
