No shading at all, the water around her foot looks weird some of her feet should be under the water,the proportions on the kicking feet look strange,sand and sky are totally done with the bucket tool and there is a sun yet no light or shading effects.
Even trough all that I still like it as a simple draw, I have low standards trough.
You should try shading, adding lights and fixing her feets, try using a reference and don't feel bad many people have trouble with feets and hands
