You give him milk and then he'll give you frosted fakes, those are the Pokemon equivilant of frosted flakes btw. You bring these frosted flakes to Sophocles, who will return as a fat bara eating chips in front of a TV whining about his miserable existence. He will give you the bara ball. With the bara ball all the baras are catchable. You can even catch Sophocles, he's basically a fatter version of Kekking. Then you catch Incineroar and after you do it will evolve into its ultimate bara form. Space and Time will literally be ripped apart by the imense bara power that will be released. Then you have do use Incineroar to defeat all kinds of new bara forms of old Pokemon.
