Idk, as a kid I never perceived pokemon as magical, it all seemed very scientific to me, a bit too down to earth if you ask me.

Everything seemed explainable truth be told (up to gen 2 anyway)
>ghosts were gas based lifeforms
(think it said that somewhere in the manga)
>electric pokemon build electrical charages
>most grass pokemon were symbiotes and not actual plants
>psychics mastered PSI, not actual magic

, it just seemed like there was a bunch of mutants and megafauna running

As for the egg things, I also presumed they were all reptiles with traits of other animals similar to that of the dinosaur .

What are your sentiments on this?
