The first is more like Greek and the latter is more like English.
I'd also note that even "seh-lee-nah" could be a viable pronunciation as some languages use it that way. "Renate", for example, is an alternate spelling of "Renata" with the same pronunciation of the latter. One of my cousins was almost named it but my aunt refrained from doing so (going with the "Renata") because she realized lazy/ignorant retards would probably pronounce it as if the latter part were short for Nathan's, "Nate'.
Personally I use the second of yours though.
