It sounds like a good Z-move to me, it has applications when your own terrain setter doesn't have a safe switch, or your team doesn't run terrain but wants to get rid of theirs. If it removes weather and hazards too, that's great. It has a ton of utility all in one move while doing tons of damage. The usual issue of being set back up on is there, but it's always an issue. You generally want to KO their setter before removing shit if you can. being tied Lycanroc is the biggest issue here, the move itself sounds great. Hopefully Dusk form is a substantial improvement or tutors help the other two forms out, but I doubt those two could be salvaged that easily.
