We're talking about stats, no version exclusives. Celesteela can be a mixed attacker but Kartana only relies on physical attacks. Also defenses aren't the same.

you can change sp atk/atk, however, I see it more of a special attacker. Only because of how it looks, it strikes me as something possessed that wouldn't really have much power to strike

Over the 125 speed tier, god tier special stats but dies to even the faintest physical priority
Could be good with HP investment but would need speed investment to speed creep stuff

I fear Assembly is going to be turbo Shuckle and ultimately do absolutely nothing. As for type Ghost/Steel seems right. Basically Steel or Rock with something weird since UB.

Burst is harder to nail down, but I see Psychic pure or mixed with something else. Like Psychic/Normal. Statline won't be all in S.ATK as Xurkitree has it covered, but likely still with an offense lean from the name. Buzzwole and Pheromosa are speed vs bulk. Celesteela and Kartana are tank vs glass cannon. So this should be a different duality
