They need an event mon to give away each movie, that's why they generally focus around mythicals.

They really blew their load putting Marshadow in the 20th anniversary movie. Assuming Sun and Moon has three seasons, movie 1 could have had Ash Pikachu, movie 2 SHOULD have had Marshadow and movie 3 would have a gen 8 Pokémon. USUM better introduce a new mythical.

Even if usm has new mythicals they can still have an 8th gen mythical in the movie. The reason they didn't have a teaster trailer is because they didn't want to interfeir with usm because movie 21 will be focused on the first gen 8 mythical
