how do I make a decent singles team around this little nigga (soft not hard)

Pelliper, Tapu Koko, and Poliwrath (swift swim) seem like a good fit. What should I do with the other 2 slots?

No nigga. That's not how it works.

Most common set is Adamant 252 SPE. Which puts speed at 239. In rain that's 478.

That's roughly the equivalent of base 190 neutral nature and 252 SPE, or base 168 boosting nature and 252 SPE. Either way not 140.

this isn't right, mega pert outspeeds timid mega scept (145) in rain by a few points, but it's still way better than poliwrath
