Took some squinting but the changes seem to be present on the official map too, and not only that, but the 2 buildings in HeaHea City are spiced up similarly too, so we can probably enter those as well

Also, the little bushes they added next to the buildings arent on the map, coupled with the Surfboards and banners on the new beach area, and the Pikachu Park, it looks like there's tons more changes that arent immediately apperent on the map either

The one on Seafolk Village could actually be the pier for another Pokemon Shaped Boat since those dont show up on the map either

I stopped expecting these sort of "adding things postgame" stuff since ORAS.
I wouldn't mind it having those pokemon shaped boats instead since you could enter them and had people to interact with.
