Compare this to similar situation, for example, Zangoose and Seviper. Zangoose is generally considered better competitively than Seviper, even though they're both PU at the moment Zangoose sees some use in NU. This is ever since Zangoose got a buff in Toxic Boost in Gen 5, but Seviper got iIfiltrator, which didn't help much, and Coil didn't put it ahead leaps and bounds either. As a [SLOW FRAIL MIXED ATTACKER] Seviper is legitimately cucked, both with respect to its counterpart Zangoose and in general. Situations like these are worth complaining about, not complaining that your upper echelon of ubers pokemon isn't higher. Put things into perspective.
