Depends. If the Ditto is literally looking a the Mimikyu, it should be A unless the Ditto is very inexperienced or just fucking retarded.
But if no Mimikyu is present and the Ditto is trying to remember how a Mimikyu looks before transforming, it could end up being B or C depending on whether or not the disguise managed to fool the Ditto.

But most Dittos in the anime transform into perfect copies of other pokemon just like in the game. Duplica's first Ditto just needed more training. IIRC it even learned how to transform correctly by the end of the same episode.
