Unfortunately, Glaceon has a shallow movepool, which gives it very limited options to deal with Pokemon that resist its Ice-type STAB moves. A weakness to Stealth Rock, susceptibility to all entry hazards, and slowness all contribute to wearing Glaceon down quickly.
