>>33575860Revival has better sprites since you know they've been working on them to even today but it's a graphical hack and it doesn't change anything else, so I recommend playing it with a randomizer or even just to enable the national dex from the beginning.
Never heard of forever 3 so I just download it and It has many sprites that have been changed in revival but it also has other changes to Fire red.
