I accidentally overwrote my Pokemon Sun save file today. It had all my shinies and competitive Pokemon. Is there any way to get it back?

I was deleting another game, and kept the save data. When it told me to choose the location or whatever I didn't really think what I was doing and clicked on the Sun save file. I immediately realized what I had done and turned off my 3ds, but it was too late, the damage had already been done. I'm a fucking dumbass.

You deserve it. Your Pokemon will forever be lost. There is no way to get them back other than cheating them in. Even then, they aren't your actual Pokemon. I swear, they'll give any idiot a Pokemon license. It doesn't make you a Pokemon master. Right now Island Kahuna Hala is shaking his head. What a waste of his time. Such a waste of your time too. Hours and hours, gone, just like that. You'll never get them back.
