Just 2 more months until these games which we barely know anything about are out.

Is this Game Freak's worst launch hype-wise?

Can someone help refresh me what kind of new content has been announced so far?

- Some new locations
- 2 New Ultra Beasts
- 2 New (or modified) Legendaries
- Different Story
- Lyncanroc Dusk form
- ???

Not hyping up new forms (if there even are any besides for Lyncanroc) is a missed opportunity.

These are literally the first games that I'm not planning on buying. Every new bit of information we get, I get more disappointed, even more so with all the shills on this board. The games don't appear to fix the major flaws with SM which were: too many cutscenes, handholding, and trials.

I'll probably get the games anyway, but I want to be excited for it. Unfortunately Game Freak doesn't want to hype their soon-to-be released game.

Black 2/White 2's story was different, and I expect Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon's story to similarly also be different.

I don't think it'll just be an update to the existing story like what Emerald and Platinum did.

If sun and moon were good games people would be hyped about enhance versions. But who wants to slog through all those cut scenes just to hear about necrozma backstory? I'm gonna read about it or watch a L.P. on YouTube

Because she changes clothes in the story and the cosmog there is just flavor because lillie is best known for cosmog. For all we know, she changes clothes earlier in usum, while nebby is still a cosmog
Go to the pokemon website's usum galleries, you will see we meet nebby the same way and that it says lusamine forced it to use its power and it then evolved into cosmoem

Who says this? Getting propper exposure and press is a good thing. Holding out for this long is just going to have a negative effect on sales. Even if these games did well they could do so much better with the kind of promotion regular Sun and Moon got.

BW2 I was excited almost immediately because it was a sequel with a bunch of new characters and new areas.

theres cinematic cut scenes, which your right is 15 mins but there are dialouge cut scenes thats unskippable in sun and moon it took up 6 hours. very garbage
