Pokken on the other hand has a better roster, but Field phase makes it a spamfest clusterfuck just for the sake of "unique" fightan experience. It becomes a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. It could just blow its load on a single phase: if you're gonna make the game entirely Field phase, make it like the stupidly overblown, but ultimately fun Naruto Ultimate Ninja games; If you're gonna go for more technical fightan ala Duel Phase, just go for a KoF/MvC-like game. I always said that it'd sell a lot more if they split up the phases into actual play modes
and added Greninja because all my nephews want him in the game.Overall, i'd say Pokken has a very slight edge.
