My absolute favorite gen 4 Pokémon.
How would you make him OU? I was thinking giving him dark type which would make sense and make him the first electric type to learn volt tackle.

Yes it is black but that does not mean it is "Evil".
Luxray's colouring is inspired by x-rays, because it can see through objects.
Nowhere does its dex entry state that it is vicious or sneaky.

Why does every black Pokémon have to have a part-Dark mega or Alola form?
Why does every feminine Pokémon have to be part-Fairy?
Just fucking stop.

This gives another STAB, a decent immunity, and fits thematically.
