I'll just use a hex editor or other, more specialized program to manipulate my Pokemon Moon save data in such a way that the blocks of memory containing the data for the wondercard album are rewritten just so that it then contains the details for all the Hat Pikachu gifts.

I'm gonna do the same, but my copy of Moon that I'll be restarting is about to finish up the E4 (after I finished Sun and started up Moon, I got tired real fast because of the pacing of the story). Before I restart it however, I'll be soft-resetting like mad between now and the 2nd Pika distribution for a shiny Type: Null. Hopefully I'll get it before the last day of the 2nd Pika.
