A buff to Hail in general would be something. Sun and Rain boost the power of Fire and Water moves and reduce the power of the other. Sand increases the Sdef of Rock types. Hail doesn't have any secondary effect. Increasing the Def of Ice types wouldn't particularly make Aurorus any better since it would still be too vulnerable to physical attacks.
Ice/Rock is terrible defensively, but it's pretty good offensively. If it was built more like a special sweeper it would be great. Or maybe something to make Trick Room more usable like a terrain extender item or an auto setter.
