>>33593432You need a Donphan with Sturdy ability, Endeavor, Protect & Rocky Helmet, after Rayquaza uses whichever attack it's going to use, probably Dragon Ascent, you'll be left with 1HP, you use Endeavor and now he has 1 HP, and then you're going to use Ice Shard because it has +1 priority so you can defeat Rayquaza before he defeats you, but, Rayquaza has Extreme Speed, which has +3 priority but, Extreme Speed makes contact and if you did everything right, Rayquaza will faint because of Rocky Helmet's damage, it doesn't matters what rayquaza does next, it cannot heal do to ice shard having priority, if it attacks first with extreme speed, it will die because of rocky helmet, if it uses earthquake or any other move that does not makes contact it will also fail, it's the perfect strategy.
