You get kind of attached to your avenue since you built it, leveled the shop etc...
The plaza, you go their, everything is already here, telling people to go to some shops don't make the shop level up. It's hardly customizable (like, getting whoever you want as secretary). Important people from the game don't come and visit it (exept fatass pika fangay). It's not somewhere on the map, it's a freaking menu option.
Like I don't feel like investing my time at all for this shit plaza. With Join Avenue people organised the whole Magnemite trade things, it was somehow fun.
