I thought the Ho-oh/Lugia theme came from buying the game straight from the eShop along with the Celebi but apparently that might not be the case, I've heard people who bought the download code from Amazon will get the codes for the Ho-oh/Lugia theme and the Celebi in an email, in addition to getting the code for the Cast theme immediately when they redeem the code through Nintendo's site.
