that's unlikely considering box legends usually get their signatures close to the lvl where you meet them ingame (with expection of Zekrom and Reshiram)

Would it be cool if they switched offenses? So the Solgaleo form was a special attacker while the Lunala form was a physical attacker? They lose out on using the signatures well, but then you get a Stored Power using Steel type and a SD using ghost type.
