>>33617721Honestly, as much as I like KBM and his work and have supported it for well over a decade (beta'd Brown when it was still being developed, and remember testing the 2010 Prism beta), putting out the grandiose trailer was the mistake; KBM even admitted as such, after the C&D happened. TPCi/Nintendo doesn't go after hacks unless they get too much mainstream attention. Putting out a glossy, well-produced trailer that gets 1,000,000+ views and gets cover by (((gaming journalism))) publications was always a one-way ticket to getting C&D'd.
