I want to see paragraphs of flavor text of Rotom Dex getting pissed off that you have another Rotom. Like, when you have a Rotom in your party, the Rotom Dex does nothing but bitch about it.

Johto was the only time Venonat was in a regional dex outside its debut one and that dex was literally Kanto Dex 2.0. Same goes for Krabby, Hitmons and Omanyte/Kabuto.
