Yea, headbutting to find Pokemon and them being asleep at night was freaking comfy. Gave more meaning the the day/night cycle. It's funny, for a game they skimped on with some things, like the Safari Zone, they put a good amount of details into smaller things like that and the weekly schedule and other things that make these games so great and comfy.

what Pokemon in Gold and Silver are actually cool and good? I got re-release hype for this but all I'm reminded of is how the Pokedex for Gen 2 is fucking garbage. It's at least a little better in Crystal but jesus god in heaven

I got a similar feeling when HGSS came out, every part of the game was "that" part. I really though Johto was my favourite region before that.
