that said, 1. the number of pokedex entries about predation in the ecosystem are high. Carbink, wurmple, corsola, magikarp, shellder, bounsweet, trubbish, durant, cubone, cherubi, scatterbug, and eggs of pidgey and spearow are all known prey.
Farfetch'd pokedex entry explicitly states it was eaten to near extinction, Basculin's say it's tasty, and at least three alolan pokedex entires mention consumption of, if not the entire beast, severed/shed pieces, such as slowpoke tails, and crabrawler's pincers.
This is all known.
Not to mention I'm pretty sure there are some wild pokemon that would definitely eat humans.
