>>33631986Kyurem can only learn Ice Punch via breeding. In order to do this, you need to teach Ice Punch to a Male Dragonite, then have it breed with a female Misdreavus or Gengar. Normally, these pokemon won't breed, but due to a programming oversight, they will of both pokemon are at EXACTLY 127 Happiness. The resulting Egg will never hatch, but can be traded via the Time Capsule back to pokemon Red or Blue (Yellow won't work). The Egg should be traded as a glitchy lavender town song (It will take about 6 minutes for the cry to end, your game hasn't frozen) that looks like a Kabutops skull mounted on an upside down Jolteon, with a mess of other distorted graphics.
If you send this egg through the Pokebank, it will transfer as a Level 13 Kyurem (Unfortunately, they are all Docile nature) that knows Ice Punch, and a smattering of other moves from the Dragonite, as well as Kyurem's standard level 0 moves filling up empty spaces.
Then just fuse it with any old Zekrom, and you are good to go!
