Ledian's problem is that while it has respectable Special Defense (110), it's an abysmal wall.

Meanwhile it's also an abysmal attacker, but has an amazing offensive movepool.

It needs a regional variant that swaps its Attack with its Special Defense. It'd be a glass cannon, but at least it could do the job Game Freak designed it to do.

4 punches gives jolly ledian as much power as adamant mega mawile. that's not counting an item. and it gets 40% procs, 4x PuP, etc.
