You can transfer your VC save to an actual Game Boy cart, and then just play Stadium 2. Then just transfer the save back to your VC game.

You don't even need to worry about that. You just need to be able to run your save with a Stadium 2 rom in Project64 after setting up the Controller Pak. You can do everything as usual except GB Tower.

I was doing this to easily sort out my Living Dex numerically in VC Yellow
